Recently one of your customers submitted a claim under her ErieSecure Home policy with Erie Insurance. This is the fire claim caused by the generator after having tornado damage to her home.
The claim has not concluded but recently she sent an email to the Property Claims Specialist, Kevin Dilbone, to in part thank him for the outstanding service he has provided to date. A portion of that email is below:
“First I want to say how very much I appreciate you and Erie. You have been so very responsive to me and I just want to say thanks. I also want you to know I’m letting everyone know, including FEMA which my pastor insisted I see, that Erie is GREAT insurance.”
